Whitman's Valentine Chocolates

This Valentine's Day, be prepared to pay a lot more for fewer chocolates. A recent comparison of two brands, Russell Stover and Whitman's (bottom left), revealed the extent to which plastic candy trays were used to fill up space in heart-shaped candy boxes. Both used the trays but Whitman's tray design was downright egregious. The better value can be found in smaller hearts that still utilize pleated candy cups.
