Hello Everyone-

      On Thursday, February 25, 2010, Angela Slate (Local Girl Productions), Terri Bond and I, joined together to present a Wine Tasting 101 class to about 45 people. We introduced the group to Bonterra Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Chardonnay. Bonterra is one of the largest organic wineries in the U.S.

    We went through the progression of:

1. Checking the wine's color,
2. Swirling the wine in the glass,
3. Checking the bouquet, aroma or nose of the wine, and then
4. Sipping the wine to sample all of the wine's flavors.
